My journey began as a Division 1 college basketball player at the University of Wyoming, where I not only honed my athletic skills, but also developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. My background in psychology and years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach have given me a unique perspective on how to align physical goals with mental and emotional growth.
With over 10 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and performance coaching, I’ve worked with countless individuals to help them not only get stronger and healthier, but also build mental clarity, emotional resilience, and confidence.
